Ian was amazing to work with!  Photography was one of my top 3 most important things for our wedding, so we wanted to make sure we picked the right one and we did.  Ian was also our photographer for our engagement shoot.  He was such a trooper and worked with us because we wanted to do our engagement shoot at Disneyland.  He spent 5 hours with us at both parks making sure we got the pictures we wanted with different sceneries.  My husband (fiance at the time) was not so happy with the 5-hour shoot, but Ian was a blast to be around and it was super each talking with him, so it was like a walk in the park.  

On the day of the wedding, Ian and his girlfriend who was the second photographer were great again.  Ian was very patient and tried his best to work with what he had since our families were a bit in the way when we were trying to take our bridal party photos by the bridal suite.  Unfortunately, we did get to take all the photos we wanted around the property like we wanted to, but that wasn't because of Ian, that was unfortunately due to our family not sitting down on time for our ceremony to get started.  However, even though we were behind on time, Ian did make sure we got everyone on our shoot list before entering our reception area.  

The ceremony and reception, the pictures came out great.  The great thing about having two photographers is that were able to have different angles so it's nice that were able to see different perspectives.  
Ian was quick in his delivery of the photos and it all looked great.  I would definitely book Ian again for another event.

Ian is hands down the best wedding photographer in San Diego!

First off, he is great at responding to calls, emails, and texts. So many vendors I have encountered don't even return your messages! He is so easy to work with and makes the whole shoot so much fun. After interviewing a few photographers and also attending the bridal expo, we decided to hire Ian for both our engagement and wedding photos.

We took pictures at Balboa park and Coronado. Ian is patient and was also good at directing us into poses that looked amazing and so natural. We used the engagement for our save the date magnet, and have gotten so many compliments on them.

As for the wedding day, which is super stressful it was so great to have Ian around. He is not only a great photographer, but he is also great at keeping things on track and making sure you are in the perfect pose and lighting.
I worked for months on all the details...Favors, signs, custom crafts...Ian made sure to get pics of all of them!

Our venue which is a golf course in Rancho Santa Fe is so impressed with how the pictures turned out that they even asked if they can feature them on their website... That is the ultimate validation that our pictures are amazing!

I would highly recommend Ian to anyone looking for the best wedding photography.

I absolutely loved working with Ian! Ian was our photographer for our wedding day as well as our engagement session. His photos are phenomenal! The biggest thing I liked was how comfortable he made us feel when taking photos. After meeting him in person and working on our engagement shoot, Ian was very patient and kept us smiling and laughing for the hours to come. Having the engagement session with Ian was also a bonus as it gave us insight and practice with the poses for the wedding day.

We were most impressed by his ability to convey our story and capture our personalities on our big day. You will not be disappointed if you choose Ian as your photographer. Ian also did a wonderful job capturing candid moments.

He is very organized which is a HUGE plus on your wedding day. He is quick to respond to emails and is extremely professional. We had multiple over-the-phone meetings where he walked us through a step-by-step wedding itinerary and addressed any questions or concerns we had. Not only did he capture everything we had requested, he worked hard to capture all the little moments and details that we weren't able to notice throughout the busy day.

He also arrived at the venue early on the day of the wedding to scope out the best areas with the best lighting. We were definitely taken care of on the wedding day.

We just received our wedding photos and are very pleased with them. To say we are happy with the photos is an understatement. We now have the memories of our most special day captured in the most beautiful artistic way. It is something we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We feel honored to have Ian as part of our wedding day. I highly recommend Ian to capture any special occasion!

I love Ian!!! We started with engagement photos once we hired him.  My daughter said he was very easy to work with and the pictures turned out beautiful! I have a wall with just engagement photos on it!!!
 

The wedding day was filled with things to do and Ian stayed calm and cool and relaxed about everything!!! The attention to detail was fantastic. As the mom of the bride, I was dragging Ian all over to take photos of people and seemed fine with all of it!

Ian posted a picture of the bridal party on Facebook and it was so beautiful I can hardly wait to see the whole package!!!

Ian was an amazing find as our wedding photographer. Our wedding day was a marathon of a day and Ian was up to the challenge. He had a very professional approach and was on top of his game throughout the entire experience. His assistant shooter was also a great help and was a good sport with my unruly groomsmen. I want to give a positive recommendation to Ian Siso of Ian Andrew Photography.  I found Ian just by googling San Diego wedding photographers.  I was immediately drawn to his high-quality photos.  They were stylish and romantic without being cheesy.  He had really good prices compared to the other photographers I had looked up.  We set up an appointment and met at a Starbucks.  Ian was so down to earth, friendly, and relaxed all while being attentive to my needs and very professional.  I signed the contract and was able to pay him in installments, which was helpful for me.  

Ian called the days leading up to the wedding to get all the details in order, like where his second shooter would meet the guys, etc.  We sent him a list of photos we wanted, and he was able to get all the shots we asked for and then some!

On the day of the wedding, Ian and his second shooter were able to capture everything about our wedding; tiny details as well as the big stuff such as the speeches and ceremony.  He was nothing but a pleasure to work with! He knows so much about weddings....he even gave my sister advice on how to corset my dress, which was very helpful!

We love our wedding photos so much and I honestly think hiring Ian was the best decision we made as far as vendors go! We got our photos on a cute custom USB drive.  He is shooting my sister's wedding in March and I plan on using him for family photos once we start our own family :)

Ian did an absolutely amazing job with my wedding in Carlsbad on 6/21/14. I already knew that he had an amazing eye and was really great at turning simple pictures into works of art since we did our engagement shoot with him. Ian and his assistant truly did an amazing job capturing all of the important moments of the wedding, taking pictures of guests during cocktail hour, and taking tons of candid pictures during the crazy dancing throughout the night. I received access to our photo gallery and link to send to friends and family a week and a half after the wedding. From there I get to pick a ton of photos to be professionally edited and I can't wait to see how those turn out, because the pictures are already so beautiful. Having Ian as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding and I could not be happier with how all of our pictures turned out :D

He shot my sister's wedding before ours and after seeing the quality of his work and how he handled himself on the big day, we booked with him immediately! He was very responsive to telephone calls and emails and shared his wealth of knowledge about weddings (even non-photography related) with us willingly.

He was extremely organized and professional and made sure to capture all of the moments we wanted. The day of the wedding was, as you can imagine, very hectic but I can honestly say that Ian, more than anybody else, helped us get through it. He was with us from the beginning and made sure things went as smoothly as possible. His second shooter did a great job as well! I really don't think we could have pulled it off without him. In addition to setting up a website with our photos on them for all of our friends and family to view, he sent us a custom USB drive with all of our photos included all of the re-touched images we had chosen. I got married on December 22, 2012 and Ian was our photographer. He could not have been a more perfect fit!! We bought a package that included an engagement shoot, on his recommendation and that was a HUGE help. It was fun for us to get to know Ian a little and learn how he shoots before the day of the wedding. My husband is also not one to take pictures, in fact he DREADS them, but Ian did an amazing job at making us both feel comfortable and look natural. Ian was very professional when it came to his product and attire, but had a way of making us feel like good friends. He captured moments of our day that made going through the pictures like reliving the whole day. He paid attention to all the details and got wonderful pictures. Photography was an area we were willing to pay a little more for, because that is what we have to remember, and it was worth every penny.

There was even a mix up with our second shooter that was out of Ian's control and he went over and above to not only make it right, but make sure we were happy. Ian provided amazing service, a great personality to work with and pictures that are perfect beyond words. I would absolutley recommend him to all of my friends and family. We have worked with Ian a few times now and have always been more than happy. Ian photographer our wedding last month and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Leading up to the big day, we spoke with him several times. He was extremely professional and provided suggestions and helped us map out the timeline for the day. On the day of our wedding, Ian arrived early so we had more than enough time to get our pictures done before-hand. We have 3 kids so getting pictures where all of them are smiling is not easy but he did it, with every shot! Ian stayed until he got every shot and more than we ever imagined. After the wedding was over, we had a “sneak peek” picture extremely quickly and then had all the proofs within 3 weeks of the wedding. Not only is In professional and quick with getting your pictures to you, but he’s also makes you feel comfortable. We initially hired Ian for our engagement and wedding photography based on the quality of photos he shot of a wedding in the same venue we had chosen. Now that we've gone through the engagement shoot, the big day, and have all our pictures, my husband and I both agree that he exceeded our expectations and was probably the most professional of all the vendors we hired as well as the best value considering his reasonable pricing and how outstanding his service and photos are.

Throughout our time working with him he was flexible, responsive, and thorough. When we first met him at our engagement shoot, he had already scouted out our chosen location prior to us arriving, and he coached us through shots around the location and nearby town and helped us be relaxed and natural in the photos. During this time I also observed how 100% focused he was on our shoot and how hard he worked.
